Less comfortable than a seat on an economy airline
Pros: great price, easy to assembly, light weight
Cons: hard as a rock, problems with extended nail heads, problem with wooden leg

"I am a HUGE Costco fan---Executive member---the whole works. If you are looking for a comfortable chair to relax, watch TV, or read a book---don't order this chair/ottomon. The ottomon is basically a milk crate with a piece of bonded leather over it. No padding whatsoever. Same for the chair---hard as a rock. You might as well sit on your carpet. The set is great if you plan to stage a home. If your objective is to actually use it to sit and relax---do not order. It's horrible. I'm disappointed. The price is great, but it's completely useless for sitting and relaxing. I will return."

This chair is for looks not comfort.
Pros: very attractive, easy to assemble, packaging included storage covers
Cons: very stiff and uncomfortable
"I ordered this chair 3 days ago. It just arrived ahead of the 7-10 day delivery window.
It comes in one big box, and you just unpack the chair and ottoman. They are both wrapped in custom dust covers which will be great for storing or moving them. The legs come in a pouch hidden under the pieces. They just screw on. Assembly was easy, and I will use the pouch for storage of the dust covers.
I will see if the chair gets comfortable, but this is not a lounge chair. it's very stiff, very formal, and very uncomfortable. Hopefully it will break in and be more comfy. It feels like it has a stiff foam block in the seat, and the chair back and ottoman have very little stuffing at all."

PERFECT COMBO
"I DIDN'T WANT AN OVERSTUFFED LEATHER CHAIR AND WHEN I SAW THIS CHAIR I SAID THAT'S IT. I WAS A LITTLE APPREHENSIVE ABOUT BUYING IT WITHOUT SITTING IN IT BUT I KNEW IF I DIDN'T LIKE IT I COULD BRING IT BACK TO COSTCO. IT WAS DELIVERED IN A FEW DAYS, WELL PACKED & I JUST HAD TO SCREW ON THE LEGS. IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND I GOT AN OTTOMAN TOO...ALL AT AN AMAZING PRICE"

Excellent chair for the price
Pros: hard to find a chair and ottoman at this price, just the right size

"This is an excellent chair for the price. It's a bit stiff at first but softens up after you break it in. There is very little assembly - all you have to do is screw the legs into the ottoman and chair. The leather is good quality and has a subtle marble effect. The dimensions are a perfect fit for many locations in your home.
The chair and ottoman both have a hidden compartment underneath. This is where you will find the chair legs when you receive the package."
