The flavor is very good. I find that pan frying works the best. Just a 1 1/2 min. on each side works fine for med...
I hope they will get more in again soon.
They come frozen solid and each is packaged individually so I can just put them in the freezer...Will order again if they come back in stock."

Cons: not sure if they are actually "grassfed"
"We have ordered several batches of these steaks. We marinated them in "bulgogi" sauce and either grill or pan sear them. These are not 1/4" or 3/4" thick as reviewed by some reviewers. Rather, these steaks are 1/2" thick. They are individually packed and are convenient to prepare for a quick meal. The taste is OK, not bad but not great either (therefore a 3-star rating). As one of the previous reviewer mentioned, the word "grassfed" is not on the box, so we wonder whether these are actually grassfed! They taste different from other organic grassfed beef products we purchased from a local rancher."

Pros: the size is great. i eat 1 and my husband eats 2

"These steaks have been great. They have been about 3/4 of an inch thick- not 1/4 like the others reviews say. We have now eaten 12 of the steaks and been happy. One of the steaks had a bit of a "liver" taste, but the rest have been great. But most of all, we love that we've been able to cut them with a butter knife - they are very tender."

NOT As Advertised!
Pros: cheap but then not worth it.
Cons: too thin no grass fed indication on packaging
"No where on the packaging does it say 'grass fed'. Also the meat can come from other countries, Uruguay for example. Compared to locally purchased grass fed, this tastes like nothing. And as the other reviewers noted, the steaks are way too thin and look nothing like the one pictured. We tried 2 and the rest are being returned. In this case you get what you pay for, and we paid a LOT less than what is out there from even the ranchers, but this was no bargain as far as taste goes. A BIG Thumbs Down this time Costco."

Horrible, worst steak ever!
"Save your money and stay away from these steaks. They are sliced soooo thin that there is noway to cook them anyway but well done. No flavor, tough, chewy. I give up trying to do anything with them and the rest will be fed to my dogs!"

"The steaks are very flavorful and you cannot beat Costco's price for them. There are two drawbacks to these steaks. One, they are cut too thin(3/8"to 1/2") and two, there are a few steaks in the pack that had a lot of gristle. Overall, I like the way they portion size it so you don't over eat :)"

"The steaks were kept frozen with dry ice and ice packs in a styrofoam container. Great for future use. As for the beef, it was thin but this was a cheaper alternative than what's out there. Especially for organic grass fed beef. You can compare other online deals. I'm not too picky with the taste so the beef was okay for me and my family."

"I have purchased a lot of grassfed, organic beef in the past couple of years. This was the worst set I have bought - a LOT of gristle, and flavor was just OK. Too much waste in these steaks as well. Not worth the investment."

"It was my second purchase. The first purchase was excellent hence the reason for reordering. This second batch was tough, lots of gristle and tasteless. I cooked it exactly the same way as the first order and glad I was not serving to guest as I did before."

Deceptive photo!
Pros: the steaks are nicely packaged.
Cons: there is more uneatable fat and gristle than meat.
"The steaks are way less than 1/2 the thickness shown. Also, a thick pad of uneatable fat runs down the side AND a strip of gristle right through the center. There is more to throw away than there is to eat; I won’t order again."
