Good purchase

Pros: sturdy and well-made, easy adjustment for multiple users
Cons: dvd missing
Model Number: EP 500
"I guess the jury is still out on the therapeutic value of inversion for my lower back issues, but after several weeks of use it seems to be helping. My massage therapist agrees that inversion is beneficial.
The unit was fairly easy to put together but read instructions (both assembly and use) first! I'd recommend having your own set of metric wrenches for use rather than the throw-away ones that come in the package. For one thing, you sometimes need two wrenches to properly tighten and the included wrenches are clumsy compared to the real thing. The result is a sturdy unit that even a casual user will feel secure using.
Shipment was on time as promised. It is a fairly heavy box so assistance will be helpful if carrying upstairs. There was no DVD in the box."

Great product!

Model Number: EP-500
"I bought this table to replace an existing conversion table I had. This one was much easier to put together, is a lot higher quality and is more comfortable to use. It's also easier to store. I particularly like the ability to adjust for foot size. I've been using it every day and am finding it a huge help with ongoing chronic back pain."

Nice product well made

Pros: well made easy to use
Cons: the plastic support for back is uncomfortable
Model Number: Teeter Hang Ups® EP-500
"Received my Teeter Hang Ups® EP-500 within a week of order. Assembled in an hour or two, everything needed to put together is included, but I found using real tools that I already had made it easier to do. Easy to use, had it for two weeks now use it every morning when I get up for a couple of minutes before leaving for work, and sometimes when I get home. Seems to work very good on stiff and tight backs, but have not had a real problem since I got it to see how it works on something a little more serious."

helps a lot

"Doing just 10 minutes a day at even a small amount of inversion has helped my lower back a lot.. Saves me money at the chiropractor too!
The model I got could a bit softer on the back. I know the more expensive models have a little head rest.. Mine does not.

I can't be happier with product

Pros: it works for back pain
Cons: it takes time to put togather
"It took me a few days to get use to it. Once I discover that full lock inversion, I am not going back. This product has been such a help for reducing pressure off my back."

thumbs up

Pros: nice and compact
Cons: difficult to assemble
"Yes, table is not easy to assemble, but that is about the only drawback. Arrived in timely manner, sturdy construction with very clear
instruction. This is my 2nd inversion table (previous type one also from Costco), but I will definitely keep this one. Great for stretching and eliminating back spasms !

Good Piece of Equip

Pros: sturdy, good buy, works well
Cons: heavy, ambiguous assembly instructions
Model Number: EP-500
"Have not used this enough yet to see if it helps. Well built and sturdy. Works very smoothly. Can be folded flat (more or less), but is pretty heavy. Do not plan on putting it away after each use. Somewhat difficult to assemble and directions are not the best. Be careful of the two black screws. The longer one holds the cap in. Directions are ambiguous on this. If you have sensitive ears and/or motion sickness, think twice."

My Back Likes It

Pros: well made & accomplised my goal.
Cons: none
Model Number: EP-500
"Even though not a fix for narrowing space between disks in the spine it certainly does ease the pain & stiffness. Mobility has increased since using the Teeter Hang Ups twice a day. The TV add suggests 3-5 minutes, but I find myself staying on the machine for longer times because it feels good. Since owning this table I have experienced less lower back pain & stiffness, more mobility = Happy."

Just what he needed

Cons: some difficulty in assembly. one part hard to fit.
Model Number: EP-500
"My husband has been struggling with problems associated with a dislocated vertebra and the related hip pain that has resulted due to an off-balance gait. His new employer requires a certain fitness level and regularly tests their employees. These tests include dragging weights and climbing stairs up and down, which are very difficult tasks for him. After two weeks on the Teeter, he passed his tests with flying colors! He says he feels taller too."

Cumbersome

"Product is not easy to put together if you are not mechanically inclined. The supports for the feet are not the most comfortable ones. I returned the product to the store."

Teeter Me In

Pros: excellent value, feel very safe
Cons: not that easy to put together, instructions could be clearer
Model Number: EP-500
"Excellent product once you put it together. For someone who is not mechanically minded, it could be a challenge for you to put together since instructions are not that great. Once together, very easy to operate. My wife does need assistance to pull the ankle brace/locking switch since it is very strong (though, that's good!). I use it bare feet with no pain, and my wife uses tennis shoes, and (wow!) surprise, she did not complain. She is not "vertical" yet, though I went complete vertical asap w/no problem... Love it when I "pop"!!"

Sturdy Inversion Table

"Overall, we have been very happy with this purchase. We've had it just less than a week, but my husband swears he feels taller. It seems to work just as advertised in the video and documentation.,
I wasn't home when my husband assembled the table, but I didn't hear any complaints as to the difficulty. He did complain that he hurt himself using it for the first time (but that was mostly because he didn't read the instructions).
My only complaint is that with two people using the table, it is a bit tought when switching between height/weight settings. It certainly is doable, but it is hard to pull the release and slide the foot rest at the same time. I am sure the more we use it, the more the adjustments will become second nature.
Arrived in a very timely manner."

Good results for back spasm

Pros: works for back spasms, sturdy
Cons: difficult to assemble
"I have had chronic lower back pain for the past 5 years. One minute I'm fine, the next minute I can't even stand up straight. My lower back muscles go into painful spasms. I bought the Teeter from Costco, incase it didn't work and needed to return it. I am very happy to say that after the first inversion, I can already feel the difference. This morning, I had felt my back starting to tighten. I knew that by the end of the day, I would be lying down in stabbing pain. The inversion table stopped the spasming. I felt the relief immediately!
This table seems solid, like it will last for a long time. However, it is difficult to put together. And I actually hurt my back assembling it. But, now that it is put together, I will keep it and use it daily to alleviate the spasms."
