good product
"Everthing is great about these digital picture frames. the only problem I had with them is that the remote control did not work with the frame. Thats why i gave it a 4 instead of a five star rating."

"Do not buy!!! The remote does not work on both units, therefore rendering them useless. It is very difficult to navigate with the control buttons on the digital photo frame. Even in the manual; it states that you can't perform all the functions without the remote. Good thing I can return online products to my local Costco."

Great Gift!
Pros: love it!
Cons: you have to use the remote control, not very user friendly
"I absolutely love the digital picture frames. I'm a scrapbooker and an avid picture taker. Therefore we have a ton of pictures either on the hard drive, scrapbooks, picture frames or now our digital picture frame. We purchased the 10" Pan Digital frames two years ago for our family members. They are still working wonderfully! I uploaded the pictures on the frames as part of the gift - very user friendly!!
My parents bought us the 8" for Christmas 2011. The only issue I have with it is using the remote. I hate the remote control!! We did have an electrical surge once, had trouble with the timing being off. I unplugged reset the time and have no issues since. I've loaded a ton of pictures on it from Christmas up through today (end of June). I uploaded the pictures to the 8" as well. It's not as user friendly as the 10", you have to use the remote, which can be a big pain. Other than that, I enjoy my digital picture frame, I just prefer the 10" vs. the 8"."
