Pros: fast service, correctly done

"My husband got an unremovable paint on his medical ID bracelet. I happened to notice that Costco had a link to the company. I purchased a new bracelet, had the information engraved and mailed to us in ONE week. It is a nicer bracelet than the one he had from the same company.
Costco saves the day for us!!"
