You get what you pay for!
Pros: not difficult to install
Cons: it's cheap

"I've hung 4 fans this summer. The 3 Emersons were about $280 - 300 each. However they were well engineered, well built and work great, with no problems. This fan is the polar opposite - NOT well engineered, not well built and works with an audible noise that seems to be caused by a manufacturing defect. Its rotation is visibly out of round. I've tightened every screw that I can reach but to no avail. I'd return it except it is in a guest bedroom and it's up, so EOS."

powerful fan but light not work
Pros: powerful and quiet
Cons: quality contral not strictly
"I bought two of this fan. They are look good and powerful enough for our small room. Unfortunately only the fan works and the light not work for another one ceiling fan. I checked electrical connection and the bulb, still not help. Finally I returned this one and kept the other good one."

Litex Maksim 36" Espresso Finish Ceiling Fan
Pros: quiet. lots of air movement even at low speed.
"Quietly circulates the air in my 12'x14' office very well. Delivered well packaged and as advertised. I did an easy installation using the onboard switches' (light & fan) pull chains for configuring and a main switch by the door for overall power. It is hung nicely on my 8' ceiling with ample head clearance and easy chain access for me. This bring welcome relief on these 100 deg plus days."
