Poor Picture
Pros: small and transportable, 2 hdmi connections
Cons: extremely poor picture quality, poor sound
"Purchased to replace my existing Samsumg 23 HDTV specifically for gaming (PS3). We have numerous Samsung 23 and 27-inch HDTV and LED for the rooms and additional PS3 at home. This Samsung was not as clear, bright, and sharp when compared side by side to the other Samsung models we have at home. It was dull, dark, and didn’t deliver a crisp picture. It was very disappointing! I returned the product and will be waiting for their next model. My friend returned his purchased due to the same experience."

dont buy this one unless you are already deaf
Cons: horrible sound
"the pic is not bad for the money but the sound is terrible, sounds like a tin can, we ordered online and its going back to the store this weekend. If you are deaf and use cc then its not a bad buy."

Not working fresh out of box

"Just received a little while ago. connected power and cable, then there is nothing but a white (lit) screen, with some audio as you change channel with remote. nothing appears by pressing the menu button. Called Samsung support and was told something wrong clearly indicated by the white screen. Called the Costco.com for an exchange giving it another try. This has never happened to me with any brand of TVs."

Perfect monitor for Mac owners
Pros: great menu features full of options, 1080p with sound as computer monitor, great picture quality, easy access controls at bottom front, lighted remote keypad

"This Samsung works right out of the box with a Macintosh, in 1080p with HDMI and sound. I had bought an Element, couldn't get it to work via HDMI, had no sound and it was cropping the screen 5 percent with no ability to fix, so no Apple toolbar unless you went to 1080i (less quality). The Samsung shows 100 percent true 1080p, don't need to underscan so you have great picture quality. And sound via HDMI cable. Perfect for Photoshop work, etc. Works great with movies, Netflix, etc."

Do not buy for a Computer Monitor
Pros: hooked up easily.
Cons: stand is totally unacceptable, instructions are really lacking for pc hookup
"I bought this mainly for a computer monitor, but did not understand what someone else said. You cannot tilt the screen up or down, so it didn't matter for a TV or monitor, it was lacking in design. I never even got so far as to turn the TV part on, so I cannot comment on that aspect.
I would say the stand design is horrible. Taking it back tomorrow."

Perfect backup
"Wanted a backup monitor that could be used now as a bedroom TV. This units's audio, video, and tuner fit those needs perfectly. I'm located down behind a dual ridge line in what is called a "2nd edge" reception area so I really appreciate how well the tuner pulls in TV stations from 40 miles away."

"Samsung has a reputation for excellent TVs and this one is no exception. Deep rich colors, bright, (LED back lit) crystal clear 24" picture, (in 1080i) two HDMI ports as well as component and composite video in puts. The screen can even tilt up on its stand.
I don't have any reservations on recommending this TV to anyone, a steal at this price."

Great Monitor/TV... Great Price!

"Just got the unit installed and it looks great. The stand was very easy to install and the tilt works just fine. Follow the directions and I do not think you will have any issues. Colors are bright and true at 1920X1080. Can't wait to test movies through USB!.. I am getting some feedback on the sound cable. I will try another cable to see if there is an issue with the sound cable quality."
