Good bag, but wheels break every time
Pros: quality external material
Cons: weak wheels
"I bought this bag to replace my other Costco Kirkland Signature suitcase, which had a zipper which kept getting jammed. This one drew my attention because it was a spinner, and I knew that spinner suitcases tended to be easier to travel with, especially when fully packed.
This suitcase is a good size and the expandable zipper is a nice touch. You can really jam a lot of stuff in it, and the external Cordura material is quite thick so you don't need to worry about damage to your precious stuff.
The problem are the wheels. The wheels keep breaking off. On my first trip with the bag (international), one of the wheels broke off. I called Costco who advised me to talk to the manufacturer of the bag (Ricardo Beverly Hills). I spoke with their customer service and they shipped me a brand new set of wheels which were supposedly redesigned to allow for more flex. Not so - two wheels broke the next trip. I asked for another set of new wheels and just installed them the other day. If the wheels break one more time, this bag is going back to Costco."

Bag is excellent but wheel screws back out
Pros: ample size, sturdy construction
Cons: wheels come loose
"Recently purchased two bags for my wife and I. When wheeling the bags at our destination airport one of the wheels came off. Luckily we found the screw and washers holding it on. In checking the other wheels we discovered several wheel screws loose on each bag.
Before using this item get a 5/32 allen wrench, remove each wheel and apply some blue threadlocker to the allen screw threads and retighten. After doing this we had no wheel problems.
The bags came through the baggage handling in excellent shape with no damage or wear marks. They wheel about easily either vertically or at an angle.
Be sure to add a unique ribbon or something to the bag so you can spot it easily. There's a lot of black bags out there."
