"Come to work this morning computer is dead, don't know what happened. Call support, wait for them to call me back. Decided to just get my refund. Purchased August, back to Costco today."

Great system and report

"ZT PC is great, but I did have a problem with it pausing approx. every minute for a few seconds. After speaking with Dane at Tech Support the problem was completely resolved. He is certainly knowledgeable. With the combination of a great PC, great price and great support I strongly recommend this computer to anyone who is in the market for a PC. By the way, I have been involved with PCs since 1978 and this is the best PC for the money I have ever seen."

Fast Speed & Excellent Graphics

"I am running Quick Books as well as Adobe Photoshop Elements & Premier Elements. Currently my video project has about 2K pictures in it and this machine has no problem juggling between them & all my other programs. I had been concerned when I read the review about the 'blue screen of death' & when it came up after first being installed I called a PC tech & had him come & check it out - seems my Xfinity D-Link was not compatible with my new PC. Xfinity came out and went to a outlet application instead and everything is perfect. The tech had my problem fixed in less than 1/2 hour even though he had no previous experience with this brand. This machine in a joy to use!"

ZT Windows Pro Desktop Intel Core 17 2 TB

"I purchased this machine February 2011. I use it every day and leave it on for 14 hours or more. It has never crashed. I am a Real Estate Broker and depend on my computers.
There were a couple of problems when I first set it up and I called for technical support. They responded promptly and worked through everythiing efficiently. Costco's Concierge Service was a great help also.
The speed and storage are amazing. I was always having to take programs off to make space on my other computers. I haven't even made a dent in storage on this one.
I have used personal computers since the 1980's. I started with an Apple 11 e at the companies I worked for. We kept up to date and changed to IBM in the mid 80"s.
I always bought Dell when I started buying my own computers in 1989 and I paid 3 times this much for my last one 6 years ago.
I decided to upgrade because of the technology changes and I am so glad that I did.
I love my ZT and would buy another one without hesitation."

Excellent machine when it works
Pros: fast good value
Cons: blue screen of death
"Machine is very fast, and a great bargain - only problem is the dreaded blue screen of death. Happens randomly (sometimes 3-4x daily). I have decided to return."
