Cheap Price but leaky ground
Pros: price, win 7 pro, ms office
Cons: stiff pad and button, leaky ground
"I got this because it camed with Win 7 Pro and also the MS Office. I notice two cons about this laptop: 1. the pad and button are kind of stiff. 2. When I correctly plug the power supply into the laptop, I get this kind of vibration when you slide back and forth on the laptop, which I think there is a leaking ground on this laptop. Hope I don't get complete grounded on this laptop."

Get not get wireless connection

"The inspiron 14z was lightweight, has long batery life and looks sleek but tried for 3 days to get wirelessly connected and failed. Called Dell and was told that my Window 7 was corrupted by a virus. Just bought the computer could not even get on line yet the file are corrupted. Was told I had to pay to have the computer rebuild. I don''t think the support guy gentleman knows what he was talking about except to charge money. Always been happy with dell but the quality is getting bad. What does windows have to do with wireless driver?"

Network card doesn't work!
Pros: light
Cons: wirless doesn't work
"After 2 days of trying to get the wireless working I finally gave up and returned the computer. The computer couldn't even bring up hotmail and that is only when I could get wireless working but it would eventually drop off."

"This laptop performs poorly in wireless connection. The signal, compare with my 15" dell, is about 1/3 in strength. Plus, take longer time in boot up with less softwares installed. The Dell service said it performs OK and can not improve it."
