"So far this is an excellent product and a great value. Can't beat the Costco extended warranty with backup tech support and a 90 day return policy. This was the deciding factor when purchasing this product. Even the sales people at the computer store said to go with Costco because they couldn't match the price or policies."

Costco is GREAT
"bought this pc....other than being noisy, which is little annoying, I am satisfied...great price, learning curve for old guy that had Windows XP but getting by........"

Don't Bother

"Have had this computer for a week. Worked fine the first couple of days. Then, problems started one after another. My cordless mouse has stopped working 3-4 times [never had this problem on the old computer]. Because of error messages, tech support had me uninstall Roxio. Then the speakers stopped working. Software programs that I loaded onto the computer worked at first, then stopped working correctly even after applicable driver updates were installed. Computer is going back."
