Q-See Video Camera Pen and Recorder

Q-See’s Surveillance Pen is the go-anywhere fun and useful tool for everyone that leaves the competition with feelings of inadequacy. Beneath its elegant textured black metal case with gold accents, lies a multi-function recorder. Capture 1280x960 VGA video with sound, take 1.3 megapixel still images, or make audio recordings with just the push of a button. Its discrete and compact design is just the thing to capture spontaneous moments – especially featuring the camera-shy. You have the pen, but nothing to write on? Record driving directions or someone’s contact information to write down later. The internal 4GB memory stores up to an hour of video or over 4,000 pictures which can be transferred and played on your PC or Macintosh computer without the need for conversion software or easily-lost and awkward cables. It is fully compatible with Windows XP, Vista and 7 along with Mac OSX 10.6 and 10.7. The video, image and audio files are all compatible with common media playback software. Simply unscrew the pen’s barrel to reveal the USB 2.0 connector which plugs straight into the USB port on your computer and download the files just like from any other USB drive. And, while it’s plugged into your computer, the pen’s battery is recharging. A plug-in wall adapter is provided for those times when you’re away from your computer. When you are at your Windows computer, the Surveillance Pen can be used as a web camera as well – perfect for talking with far-away relatives about those photos and videos you just sent them. Of course, it wouldn’t be much of a pen if it didn’t write so it includes three ballpoint ink replacement cartridges to help you “maintain your cover” for a long time. The Surveillance Pen is the perfect gift and ideal tool for students, business professionals, security personnel, tourists and writers. Whether you’re looking for content for social media, or for professional use, the QP1341 is ready to go anywhere you are! Lasted Two Days

Pros: could of been fun
Cons: don't buy it.
Model Number: QP1341
"Stopped working after two days. The audio repeats itself during playback. The camera stopped recording and it will not recharge.
I'd rather pay more for a better working pen.

Good image and sound but a little clunky

Pros: good video and audio quality, very easy to use
Cons: little heavy
"It looks like a pen and works like one but it is a little heavy and it does not nicely fit in the shirt pocket. It does not stay steady enough to get a good angle for the movie.
Also, there's a annoying led in the back of the pen that kind of tells everybody that that pen is not a regular pen. Not very discrete.
