Great Playhouse
Pros: great value, easier to assemble that we were expecting
Cons: interior was a little smaller than we anticipated

"My husband and I ordered this playhouse for our 2 year old grandson and 6 year old granddaughter for when they visit us. We especially liked the price and the fact that it was wood. How exceptionally pleased we were with how well the pieces were packed in the box when we received it. Nothing was damaged, and all pieces were there. We were especially pleased with how each piece was numbered and all bolts and screws were well packaged by size. My husband was impressed with the clarity of the step by step directions and graphics. I separated the pieces into groups which made the process easier for him. It took the two of us 6-1/2 hours to assemble this playhouse and that included a short lunchbreak and a couple rest periods. There is no floor with this playhouse so we set it on our concrete patio near our screened -in porch. My husband recommends that before you tighten the screws and bolts securely, make sure the pieces fit together properly then tighten them before proceeding to the next step. Some pieces were a tight fit and it helped to have wiggle room before
tightening the bolts. The wood seems to have some kind of weather resistant finish, too. I would say the most difficult part of the process was securing the roof onto the playhouse from inside. There was no way my husband could do this so this was my job! This playhouse is a great value for the money when you don't want to spend a lot of money."
