DON'T BUY THIS PRINTER OR THE WIRELESS ONE
Pros: none
Cons: delayed printing by several minutes, prints several pages when you only want 1 page, sometimes will not print, not reliable at all

"I always wanted a color printer, and now need it for work. So I bought this. This is my 2nd HP Printer. Costco replaced the 1st one, because the scanner /copier light of the machine was defective. After receiving this one (the 2nd) it is also not working properly. When I print a page, it takes 5 full minutes for it to print. Sometimes it won't even print. Then other times, when I print a document and want "2" copies, I suddenly get 8 or 9 copies. When I print 3 pages, I get 12 pages. This printer is horrible and 100% not reliable.
The best printer I had were the brother all in one printers, but they rob you on the ink. HP doesn't not take advantage of the toners, but they are not working properly. (Before you ask, my computer is brand new) and my other printer works just perfect with my computer. So I know this HP must go back to the manufacturer."

Worked beautifully....for two days
Model Number: M475dn
"Continued "paper jam" error codes while scanning from feeder. Can't seem to handle more than a 2 page scan without stopping midpage. I have to shut down and restart or continue to show "Busy, try later" The copier portion and glass scan or fax works fine. Just will not feed from the top feeder. The gears under the glass grind very loudly so it appears to be a hardware issue. Spoke with HP technical after 45 min and they agreed assigned a case number for repair. Two days later no word from anyone so I called HP back and apparently there are no replacement parts available and they cant tell me when they will be available. Looks like I am not the only person having this issue So, printer going back to Costco this weekend."

Worked for 3 months 4,163 pages - then no support
Pros: best deal when it works
Cons: hp support is very stressful with out followup, didn't last 3 months no real internal diagnostics, still have $400 of ink bought with the printer, hp 8500 did twice the volume for 2 years

"Loved it to death. Got rid of my 2 year old worn out HP 8500. Then it started printing very light, like a watermark. Too light to read.
The HP support has been long and drawn out. The support techs didn't follow up, now told they are talking to "engineers" to determine next step.
Only buy this product from Costco. Be sure to buy the additional warranty!"
