"Washer bearing went in 3 weeks....dryer never drys the same each time...they really are bad and Costco should move them from their product line"

Do not buy
"The washer and dryer I got were two different colors (of white), returned the first one, got the second (no installation) and the color still doesn't match.
The washer doesn't rinse. Before you buy this washer, Google "Duet stinky towels" or "duet rinsing problem". Whirlpool Duet washers don't have a water level to properly rinse clothes. I'm returning mine. They're terrible."

Do Not Buy - No Spares

"I bought the combo from Costco in Feb 2012. After a month washer started to make huge sound.
Called Whirlpool and scheduled a visit. Service tech suggested to replace the whole machine or work on replacing the bearings.
Waiting for spares for more than 3 weeks. Whirlpool can't give estimate when they can get spare.
I don't think i would buy whirlpool ever in my life."
