"The product was sent from Shanghai China, took 2 weeks.When it worked 2 months, red and green pixel line ran down the exact full screen. Sep 1st,I called help line which connected to India. The guy can't solve, only let me buy "norton" instead of the protect software Kaspersky I have had. In Sep 7, I chated with Reference Chat Activity ID: 31655847. He can't solve the problem too, then, he wanted me to return my product to a HP for repair. I told him "i'm so unhappy!"
Next day, I returned the Laptop to Costco. Costco is nice customer service and they have 90 days return policy.
By the way, I saw a costomer review who got same problem with me. So that HP should find out what's the problem?"
