Excellent Service & Pricing

Pros: great pricing, excellent customer service
Cons: not consistent with availability of products, product availability depends on stores, automotive service limited to tires and batteries

"I regret not having joined Costco much earlier. Products are of excellent quality and if you ever have to return it or use their concierge service, you will be amazed.
We have relatives in the greater Atlanta, GA area and converted them to Costco Aficionados. The only issue they have is, there aren't too many Costco stores in GA (I hope someone will read this and open more stores there)."

Great store, but SUPER BUSY

Pros: wonderful products, super fast cashiers
Cons: way too busy and packed even on a weekday
"Rarely have I been to my Costco without it being packed. There are people EVERYWHERE and it's difficult to find a decent parking space. Trying to push a cart through this store is challenging and I have to dodge all the lines of people waiting for samples. The front end has cashiering down to a science though and rarely have I stood in line for more than 10 minutes. It would be WONDERFUL if a second store could be opened for our area."

You won't be disappointed

"Prices are OK if you need larger quantity products.
However, customer service is excellent.
They go the extra mile to keep you a satisfied customer. Also, the warehouse is pleasant to walk and shop in the wide aisles. Most of the time it is clean, and the products are organised.

Best customer service!

"No doubt, Costco has the best customer service.
Days ago I buy a video camera, use it for 2 months, not satisfied with the functions of the camera. Package, I went to Costco and without any problem ... I got my money.
Definitely the best place to shop without worries is Costco.

The stor ewith a heart

Pros: good prices, great customer service, best gas prices in town
"My family and I have been a Costco memebr since it was Price Club. They have great prices, lots of items, Costco carries a good deal on Disney tickets & stuff. The Sees candy is a good deal. But I really love about Costco is that they treat thier employees great. The CEO makes a small amount compared to his position at 300,000. He visits that stores and has people call him by his first name. They give a lot to childrens hospital. I would much rather give my money to a company like Costco, knowing that my money goes to the empoyees, and to children in need. Also, if you have a problem, yo0u know you are a valued customer."

Fantastic customer service

"I recently purchased gas in NW Indiana. This is where BP had to recall the gasoline they had shipped. I unfortunately purchased some of the bad gasoline. We had to take our car in to have the fuel lines drained and cleaned to get the car working properly, this meant leaving the car and getting a rental. When we got the bill we took it to Costco and asked for a refund for our expenses, (over four hundred dollars). The request was handled promptly and cheerfully-no problems. We received our refund and a gift card to Costco for our inconvenience within 2 weeks. I am thrilled with the support provided to us, and am thankful to Costco."

Proud to be a member

"I know Jim Senegal is the "former" CEO, but I sincerely hope that Costco continues to operate under the values of this man. He made a great impression on me with his speech at the 2012 DNC. I'm not a big fan of the way corporations are using Americans right now. Senegal made me feel more comfortable about spending my hard earned dollars with your company. I've got my eye on you. . . . It matters!"

best store

"i am very happy to have this membership card in my wallet.. i dont have to go anywhere to shop cause everything i need is in the store... good customer service .. best food demo people.. very friendly and really knows how to do the business.. made me to buy more .. :) ..i hope that costco will always be the same as it was for many years unlike some of the other club that i have known... but overall highly recommended to all ... !!!!"

Incredible Return Policy

"If I buy ANY item that could possibly have a problem down the road, I get it at Costco. I hate returning things, but the satisfaction guarantee that Costco provides is invaluable. Even if I can get it cheaper elsewhere, I get it at Costco, because that reassurance takes the stress out of a higher ticket purchase. And let's face it, where can you return a camera or computer after purchase? If it has a problem, you have to go through dealing with the vendor, send it away, whatever. With Costco, just pack it up and take it back if it is within the 90 days. You can return items other than electronics after 90 days."

"I have been a Costco member for years and have always been appreciative of the outstanding customer service, the variety of products and the quality of the merchandise - not to mention great prices. Never had a problem with any returns or exchanges, employees are always friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work."
